- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical, paramedical, nursing, and non-medical positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined TAT.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR communications.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift-related HR activities.
- Build a positive work setting through employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and support performance discussions.
- Organize employee welfare programs, celebrations, and recognition activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with Payroll for attendance validation and salary inputs.
- Support audits and maintain statutory HR documentation.
- Prepare recruitment MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, and HR dashboards.
- Track recruitment TAT, employee headcount, and attrition metrics.
- Present HR reports to the Unit Head and Corporate HR.
