We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Minimum 6 Months Experience) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns while also managing SEO activities to improve website visibility, traffic, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- Create, manage, and optimize Lead Generation & Sales campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve CPL & ROI.
- Handle audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.

SEO & Content Optimization (Organic Growth)

- Execute On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Perform keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Creative Design

- Create engaging ad creatives, banners, and stories using Canva.
- Write high-converting ad copy, headlines,



and engaging captions.

Reporting

- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Track campaign performance, website traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
- Suggest improvements based on campaign and SEO data.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months of proven, hands-on experience in BOTH Meta Ads and SEO.
- Hands-on experience Meta Ads Manager (Audience targeting, Retargeting, Pixel setup).
- Positive knowledge of SEO fundamentals (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical basics).
- Practical knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Hands-on experience with Canva for quick graphic design.
- Basic understanding of WordPress is an added advantage.
