Specialist Finance Systems (XApps)

Location: Hyderabad, India.
Function: Global Business Services Finance Systems.
Level: G2.
Role Summary:

- We are seeking a Functional Specialist (XApps / Finance Systems) to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution delivery for finance applications.
- The role focuses on bridging business and technology, ensuring solutions align with finance processes and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process & Requirements:

- Analyze finance processes and identify system improvement opportunities.
- Engage stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional designs and solution inputs.

Solution Delivery & Coordination:

- Support execution of the XApps roadmap for IDL markets.
- Work with technical teams to deliver enhancements and new solutions.
- Ensure alignment with business expectations and timelines.

Testing & Business Validation:

- Support UAT and functional validation of system changes.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and data accuracy standards.

User Support & Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Support issue resolution, escalation,



and user queries.
- Drive adoption and improve user experience.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Skills & Experience:

- Robust business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience working with excel based applications (Mandatory).
- Understanding of finance systems and workflows (RTR/PTP/OTC preferred).
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and system implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of SQL / reporting / data analysis / Advanced Excel & VBA.
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau (nice to have).

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Finance / Accounting / Business / IT.

25 years of experience in:

- Finance systems / business analysis.
- Application support or transformation projects.
