Designation: Sales Officer (Institutional Sales) Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities Develop and manage business with institutional customers in the assigned territory. Generate new business opportunities and maintain solid relationships with existing institutional clients. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Handle key accounts such as hospitals, corporate institutions, government departments, educational institutions, hotels, and other institutional customers. Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities. Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. Negotiate commercial terms with institutional customers while maintaining company profitability. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables. Prepare sales reports, market feedback,



and business updates for management. Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline 2–5 years of experience in Institutional Sales. Experience in Personal Care, Healthcare, OTC, or Consumer Products industry preferred. Strong knowledge of the Bangalore institutional market. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
