- Perform a variety of massage, facial, and body treatments according to established spa protocols and client preferences
- Assess client needs through attentive listening and consultation, making personalized treatment and home care recommendations
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene,



and visual presentation in all treatment areas
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that makes guests feel comfortable and cared for
- Manage treatment room inventory, restocking supplies, and organizing materials efficiently
- Assist with spa facility maintenance, including linen management and general cleaning tasks
- Document client preferences and treatment outcomes to support continuity of care
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Uphold qualified boundaries and confidentiality in all client interactions
- Adapt to scheduling flexibility, including weekends and holidays as needed
