Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer (Wet Utilities/Drainage) specializing in Infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing wet utilities design drawing & Civil 3D BIM Models for various infrastructure projects, ensuring productive design processes and high-quality deliverables.

- Proficient enough in handling Civil 3D (Pipe networks- Gravity & Pressure Networks) for Wet utilities related deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design elements into cohesive BIM models
- Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and best practices
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment
- Generate accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates from BIM models
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows and standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM-related issues
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
