Job description:
· Processing of electronic medical records as per the established guidelines and Quality Assurance protocols.
· To use a systematic approach to identify, analyze, cross check and examine reports.
· Timely and appropriate communication to all concerned as per the protocol.
· Strict adherence to Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA).
· Incumbents are capable of working independently on a variety of data entry assignments.
· Doing thorough cross checks of the patient demographics to any hospital requisition.
· To verify the current examination for the availability of the images on the servers and to follow up in any case of discrepancies.
· Performing cross-checks for prior images or reports.
· To identify errors in the data fields and ensure that erred data or information is corrected while performing timeout.
· Pasting of completed reports as per individual hospital protocol or client specifications.
· Use appropriate communication channels in a timely fashion to all concerned as per the established guidelines
· Any other duties as assigned by the Team Leader
Desired Qualification: Any Degree or equivalent Graduates with passion for data services
Skills and experience:
- Exercise good judgment in safeguarding confidential or sensitive information.
- Perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Flexible working in Night shifts/rotation shifts
- Internet & Typing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS office including word & excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential
- Health-care domain working experience would be an advantage.
