Role Overview
We are looking for a Hybrid Tester (Manual + Automation) with strong experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) to support testing of Flowable-based LOS platform. The role involves validating end-to-end origination workflows, integrations, and product-specific journeys across multiple retail lending products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Functional Testing
Understand and validate LOS functional requirements and workflows.
Execute test cases for end-to-end loan origination processes.
Validate:
Application processing
Credit decisioning
Approval workflows
Work on BPMN workflow-driven systems (Flowable or similar).
2. Product Coverage
Test LOS journeys across products:
Personal Loans (incl. Top-Up)
Auto Loans
Mortgage Loans
SME Loans (Conventional & Islamic)
Credit Cards
Ensure correctness of product rules, eligibility, and calculations.
3. Integration Testing
Validate integrations with:
Core Banking systems (Finacle, FlexCube)
Card systems (CPPS, CAPS)
CRM, Middleware, APIs, Digital channels
Perform API and interface validation (request/response, error handling).

Test Execution
Execute SIT and E2E test scenarios.
Log and track defects using defect management tools.
Participate in daily triage calls and defect resolution cycles.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare:
Test cases and test data
Execution reports
Defect logs
Provide daily status updates to Test Lead.
6. Automation
Should design, script and automate using UiPath or suitable tools..
Required Skills
Must-Have
3–8 years in Functional Testing + Automation.
Experience in LOS / Loan Origination systems
Strong understanding of:
Loan origination lifecycle
Retail lending products
Experience in:
SIT / E2E testing
API & integration testing
Familiarity with:
BPM/workflow-based systems
Valuable to Have
Exposure to Flowable LOS / Newgen / other LOS platforms
Knowledge of Islamic lending flows.
