Purchase Executive Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and develop new suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging components.

2. Supplier Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.

3. Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders, track inventory levels, and optimize stock levels.

4. Cost Control: Analyze market trends, negotiate prices, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field

2–4 years of experience in purchase/procurement (FMCG, pharma, or skincare domain preferred)

Proficient in MS Excel, Tally or ERP software (Zoho experience is a plus)

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Highly organized, process-oriented, and proactive
