About the role:

• Sharp and Tannan is actively seeking a Audit Senior to support our audit team in
conducting concurrent audits, with a special emphasis on procurement and payment
related audit work.
• The ideal candidate should be a graduate from any background, possess basic knowledge
of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and have a keen interest in learning and
contributing to audit processes.

RequirementsResponsibilities:

• Assist in performing concurrent audits, with a focus on procurement and payment
related audit tasks.
• Review and verify procurement documents, purchase orders, invoices and related
financial records for accuracy and compliance.
• Support the audit team in identifying discrepancies, ensuring adherence to regulatory
and organizational guidelines.
• Prepare audit work papers, schedules, and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint.
• Conduct data entry and analysis to support audit findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Assist in drafting audit reports and communicating findings to senior auditors.




• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy
and professionalism.
• Stay updated on relevant audit standards, procurement regulations, and compliance
requirements.

Candidate requirements:

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting and auditing principles is preferred but
not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of auditing.

Educational Requirements:

• Education: Min- postgraduate from commerce, Desirable additional - MBA or Diploma in
finance / Infrastructure or semi/qualified CA/CMA
• Experience: min 1-2 years in CA firms for audit/concurrent audit, preferable in Internal
audit / Concurrent audit experience
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
