To drive category growth and profitability by executing business strategies, managing inventory, and leading product planning initiatives for the Non-Electronics Division. Key Responsibilities Category Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute category strategies in coordination with the Category Head to achieve topline targets
Drive category growth through effective planning and execution
Market & Competition Analysis
Track competitor activities and recommend timely interventions based on market dynamics
Monitor pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning
Inventory & Demand Planning
Manage inventory and coordinate with factory for production planning and timely supply




Perform demand forecasting using S&OP; plans, historical data, and market trends
Ensure optimal stock levels and availability
Current Product Development (NPD)
Lead NPD initiatives including market research, benchmarking, and product launches
Drive projects from concept to successful market introduction
Sales Schemes & Performance Tracking
Design and implement sales schemes and promotional activities
Track scheme performance and recommend improvements
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and NPD teams for product placement and promotion
Strengthen coordination with factory and supply chain teams
Market Intelligence
