Position: Zonal Sales Head
Location: Bangalore
Qualification:MBA/PG
Experience: Min 15 years in a strategic sales/marketing function in Garments Industry
Salary : Upto 15 -20 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Handle sales expansion across multiple regions including Karnataka, Telangana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Orissa, and North East India
* Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to achieve business targets
* Build and strengthen distributor and dealer networks
* Lead and manage Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Officers
* Drive primary and secondary sales through general trade channels
* Monitor distribution, retail visibility, and merchandising activities
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
* Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational processes
