Client: Quadrafort (Internal) Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Gurugram (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 6–8 Years Salary Range: 20–24 LPA (Max) Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, and integrations, along with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules Architect scalable and secure solutions on the Salesforce platform Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues,



and ensure optimal system performance Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps processes Ensure data security, compliance, and platform scalability Maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing Required Skills & Qualifications 6–8 years of IT experience with strong Salesforce development background Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft preferred) Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits Experience with SOQL/SOSL and performance optimization Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, DevOps tools) Experience working with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application/System Architect preferred) Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
