Job Description – Senior Relationship Manager (Mortgage) Location: Gandhi Nagar
CTC: Upto 6 LPA Role Overview The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving mortgage business through direct and indirect sourcing channels while ensuring high-quality customer acquisition and smooth end-to-end processing. Key Responsibilities Source Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP business from the assigned market. Manage and develop relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and corporate channels. Ensure customer profiling, documentation accuracy, and timely login of files. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for sanction and disbursement. Achieve monthly sourcing and productivity targets. Maintain robust market intelligence and competitor analysis. Drive customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.



Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP. Strong understanding of mortgage loan products and local market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
