Guiding clients and using interest inventories aptitude test & psychometric test (Initially target audience would from 14years age group to 18-19years).
Stay updated on career counselling regulations and guidelines.
Knowledge of test (Aptitude & Psychometric) is must.
Research Work done
Any other task assigned by Manager or Management.
