Job Purpose
To lead and manage end-to-end service operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, workshop efficiency, and service revenue growth while maintaining standards. Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily workshop operations (job cards, technician allocation, productivity)
* Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS) and handle escalations
* Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and service quality
* Lead, train, and evaluate service advisors & technicians
* Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety, and audit requirements
* Coordinate with spares, warranty, and sales teams
* Drive service revenue, AMC, and labor sales
