Job Description – Visual Designer Visual Designer to create engaging visual and interactive solutions across Web & Mobile UI, Animation, Branding, and Communication Design. The role focuses on elearning design and development, translating business goals into effective, user-centred visual experiences while maintaining strong brand consistency. Responsibilities: Design and develop eLearning courseware based on the stakeholder/client requirements Interpret design briefs and translate requirements into transparent visual concepts Create graphics, layouts, illustrations, presentations,



and digital assets across channels Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback Manage multiple design tasks and deliver outputs within agreed timelines Required Skills & Qualifications Typically, with a master’s/bachelor’s degree in visual design/visual communication/UI design/Graphics. Having certification in user centred design is plus. Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio Proficiency in industrystandard eLearning tools (Storyline, captivate) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Added value in having knowledge in Ai design tools Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling Good communication skills and attention to detail.
