Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple clients across PAN India. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple requirements efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail. Perform end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, references, and networking. Screen and shortlist candidates through resume evaluation and telephonic interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates. Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability. Negotiate salary and finalize offers with candidates.



Maintain and update candidate database and daily recruitment reports. Handle walk-in candidates and guide them regarding career opportunities. Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and candidates. Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates. Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques. Positive coordination and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience in recruitment consultancy is preferred.
