Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller & Marketing executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales. An ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate telephonic contact with prospective customers using provided lead lists.
- Product/Service Explanation: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, pitch appropriate solutions, and qualify potential leads.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records, call logs, and feedback in the database/CRM.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospects to build relationships and close deals.
- Target Achievement:



Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales/lead targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (Freshers are welcome).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry).
- Language: Fluency in Odia,Hindi,English
