We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design and Costing Engineer with 3–7years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical designs, estimating costs, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely submissions of project proposals and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates.
- Analyze project requirements, customer specifications, and technical documents.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of designs and costings.
- Provide design modifications and value engineering proposals when necessary.
- Prepare cost comparison sheets and budget breakdowns.
- Maintain and update design and costing databases, templates, and standards.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives in design and cost optimization.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of proven experience in design and costing/estimation, preferably in cable manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and costing tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards, engineering practices, and materials.
- Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
