Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality nursing care to admitted and OPD patients.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
Ensure infection prevention and biomedical waste management protocols are followed.
Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medications, and discharge instructions
Maintain patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care
Experience in a hospital, IVF centre, diagnostic lab, or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
