We are hiring for the position of Billing Executive – Logistics Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage invoices, PODs, and billing records
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, and operations teams
- Verify freight bills and logistics documentation
- Maintain billing data in Excel/ERP software
- Ensure accurate and timely billing processes
- Handle MIS reports and payment follow-ups
- Support day-to-day logistics operations activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing or logistics operations
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST and invoice processing
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Graduate preferred
