We’re looking for an Associate Graphic Designer to help shape how TEGO looks, feels, and communicates—across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

Visual Identity & Design Language:Assist the Creative Director and senior design team in developing and evolving TEGO’s visual tone.Contribute to building a cohesive design system that reflects the brand’s premium positioning.

Digital & Social Design:Create high-quality, compelling designs for digital ads, social media, and marketing campaigns.Translate briefs into visually engaging creatives that drive attention and engagement.

Trend & Culture Translation:Stay plugged into pop culture, design trends, and visual storytelling formats.Translate these influences into fresh, relevant, and impactful design solutions for the brand.

Creative Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life.Support campaign rollouts, launches, and always-on communication with strong visual output.

You have a strong eye for design and a deep appreciation for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.You’re curious, culturally aware, and constantly exploring new creative directions.You’re detail-oriented but also understand the bigger brand picture.You’re proactive, open to feedback, and excited to grow in a quick-paced environment.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.0–2 years of professional graphic design experience.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).Strong understanding of fonts, layouts, and typography.Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools; knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus.
