Job Description

We are looking for a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist who can strategize, visualize, plan, and spearhead digital marketing campaigns — both paid and organic. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and Designer to execute high-performing campaigns and strengthen our digital presence.

This role demands someone who can take ownership, think strategically, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels
- Lead and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and other digital platforms
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Executive and Designer for campaign execution and creative delivery
- Plan campaign visuals, messaging, and content direction aligned with brand goals
- Optimize campaign performance using analytics and data-driven insights
- Drive SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvements
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements
- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing





Experience Requirement

- 2 – 4 Years Of Proven Experience In Digital Marketing
- Must Have Hands-On Experience In Managing And Leading Integrated Digital Marketing Campaigns (Paid + Organic)
- Prior Experience In Coordinating With Creative Or Marketing Teams Is Highly Preferred

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Ability to plan and visualize campaign strategies and creative direction
- Analytical skills for performance tracking and optimization
- Excellent communication & coordination abilities
- Strategic mindset with execution-driven approach
