About the Role: At VIAO Healthcare LLP, we believe that real sales happen on the field, not in textbooks. We are rapidly expanding our General Medicine portfolio in Mathura and Hathras. We are NOT looking for candidates who just want a degree on their resume to jump to an MNC. We are looking for hungry, street-smart, and highly motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career based purely on their performance and communication skills.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

- Daily Market Domination: Execute a disciplined daily tour program visiting General Physicians (GPs), Pediatricians, and RMPs.
- Prescription Generation: Deliver crisp, confident product detailing to generate direct prescriptions for our core general brands.
- Chemist Management: Ensure 100% product availability at chemist counters and book daily orders (Personal Order Booking - POB).
- Relationship Building: Convert new doctors into regular prescribers through consistent follow-ups and excellent service.
- Tech-Driven Reporting: Submit real-time daily reports (DCR) and punch live orders using the company’s dedicated mobile/tracking software.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock aggressive incentives.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

- Minimum Qualification: D.Pharm or B.Sc. Graduate. Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply. We believe that candidates with a robust work ethic, target-oriented mindset,



and a passion for field sales build successful careers with us.
- Experience: Freshers with extreme confidence are highly encouraged to apply! (1–2 years of FMCG or Pharma sales experience is a bonus).
- Core Skills: Strong, fearless communication skills. You should be able to look a doctor in the eye and confidently pitch a brand.
- Street-Smart Attitude: Ability to navigate the chemist-doctor relationship and handle local market dynamics.
- Mobility: Must own a reliable two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Commitment: Ready for extensive, hardcore daily fieldwork in the Mathura or Hathras local territories.
