We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager with Fresher to 1 year of experience to manage social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and paid advertising through Meta and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

*Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

* Manage daily social media activities, including posting, community engagement, and responding to messages.

* Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports using platform analytics.

* Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.





* Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.

* Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Requirements

* 0-1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

*Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.

* Excellent content writing and communication skills.

* Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
