Job Summary

Rawls Luxury Salon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Salon Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our luxury salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences, maintaining operational excellence, driving team performance, managing resources efficiently, and upholding the brand's luxury standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to coordinate across multiple functions to achieve operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple salon locations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards and SOPs.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, inventory management,



and operational efficiency to achieve business targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate salon teams to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high service quality.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards while addressing customer feedback and operational challenges.
- Coordinate with HR, training, and management teams for recruitment, staff development, and continuous business growth.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
