Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resource functions for a leading building materials wholesale company. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities with proven experience in recruitment, performance management, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. Candidates with expertise in handling mass hiring and supporting a growing workforce will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including large-scale and mass hiring initiatives
- Lead onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management
- Drive performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, ESI, PF, gratuity, and other statutory compliances
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs,



and employee engagement initiatives
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Mentor and guide the HR team while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong experience in strategic HR management, performance management, statutory compliance, and mass hiring
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of labour laws, ESI, PF, payroll, and HR best practices
- Experience in manufacturing, wholesale, trading, or distribution sectors will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, confident, and result-oriented personality
- Immediate joiners preferred
