Timings: 10.00 AM - 06.00 PM | 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality creative designs for digital and print platforms including social media creatives, website banners, ad creatives, brochures, presentations, brand collaterals, and marketing materials.
- Strictly follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across all platforms.
- Deliver error-free, production-ready files within defined timelines.
- Work on short-form and long-form video editing, including transitions, subtitles, effects, and audio syncing.
- Coordinate with the marketing, content, and web development teams to understand design briefs clearly before execution.
- Maintain organized file structures, layered source files, and proper naming conventions for all projects.
- Revise designs based on feedback within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Take complete ownership of assigned projects from concept to final execution.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Canva (for quick adaptation needs)




- Hands-on experience in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create engaging thumbnails, reels, and ad creatives.
- Understanding of Print Specifications (Bleed, CMYK, DPI, etc.)
- Basic Video editing or motion graphics knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)

Strict Performance Expectations

- Minimum revision cycles; designs must be strategically thought-out before submission.
- No missed internal timelines.
- Consistent design quality without supervision.
- Daily reporting of task completion status.
- Immediate response to urgent design requirements during working hours.
