- Enter and maintain daily poultry farm records in software or Excel sheets
- Record bird count, mortality, feed consumption, egg production, and medicine usage
- Update stock registers for feed, vaccines, medicines, and farm supplies
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors when required
- Maintain attendance and basic employee records
- Assist management with documentation and record filing
- Coordinate with farm supervisors for data collection
