They are responsible for team training, managing inventory or floor stock, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies to achieve efficiency and sales targets.

- Staff Leadership: Mentoring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations for floor staff.
- Operational Control: Overseeing daily workflow to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company procedures.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handling customer complaints, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring high service standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized setting that meets health and safety regulations.




- Reporting: Liaising between front-line staff and upper management, providing feedback on performance and operational issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
