The Project Manager – Store Expansion & Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the complete store setup process after a franchise agreement is signed.

The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with franchise partners, vendors, architects, branding agencies, equipment suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure every Clenzit store is launched on time, within budget, and as per company standards.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent project management, vendor management, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning

- Take ownership of every assigned store project from project handover until store launch.
- Prepare detailed project timelines and execution plans.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to launch schedules.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

2. Franchise Partner Coordination

- Act as the single point of contact for the franchise partner during project execution.
- Guide partners through every stage of store setup.
- Conduct regular progress update meetings.
- Resolve project-related queries promptly.
- Ensure a smooth and transparent project experience.

3. Site Evaluation & Measurements

- Visit approved shop locations.
- Verify site dimensions and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects and designers.
- Ensure layouts are prepared as per Clenzit standards.
- Verify utilities including electricity, water supply, drainage, and ventilation.

4. Interior Execution

Coordinate execution of:

- Civil Work
- Electrical Work
- Plumbing
- Painting
- False Ceiling
- Flooring
- Branding Installation
- Furniture
- Signage
- Lighting

Ensure work is completed according to approved layouts and quality standards.

5. Vendor Management





Coordinate with:

- Interior Contractors
- Fabricators
- Branding Vendors
- Equipment Suppliers
- Logistics Partners
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- Carpenters
- Civil Contractors

Monitor quality, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.

6. Equipment Installation

Coordinate installation of:

- Laundry Machines
- Dry Cleaning Machines
- Steam Equipment
- Boilers
- Water Softener Systems
- Air Compressors
- Utility Equipment

Ensure testing and commissioning before launch.

7. Procurement Coordination

Coordinate procurement of:

- Furniture
- Branding Materials
- Consumables
- Store Fixtures
- Machines
- Uniforms
- POS Equipment
- IT Hardware

Track dispatches and deliveries.

8. Budget Management

- Monitor project budgets.
- Control project costs.
- Approve vendor bills as per company policy.
- Track CapEx against approved estimates.
- Submit cost reports.

9. Quality Control

Ensure every store complies with Clenzit's standards regarding:

- Interior Finish
- Branding
- Machine Installation
- Safety
- Customer Experience
- Store Layout
- Utility Readiness
- Housekeeping

Conduct final quality audits before handover.

10. Documentation

Maintain complete project documentation including:

- Site Survey Reports
- Layout Approvals
- Vendor Quotations
- Purchase Orders
- Installation Reports
- Machine Checklists
- Completion Certificates
- Photographs
- Daily Progress Reports

11. CRM & Project Updates

- Update project milestones in the CRM.
- Track pending activities.
- Record delays and reasons.
- Upload project photographs.
- Maintain project dashboards.

12. Store Launch Coordination

Coordinate with:

- Marketing Team
- Franchise Success Team
- Operations Team
- Vendor Partners
- Training Team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thane, Maharashtra (Thane, Thane District)
