INTERMARC is looking for a talented and passionate Architect to join our growing team!
Location: Delhi (Travel as per project requirements)
Experience: 3–4 Years
Employment Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and design concepts.
✔ Develop construction details and execution drawings.
✔ Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
✔ Conduct site visits, inspections, and monitor project progress.
✔ Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
✔ Assist in project planning, documentation, and execution.
✔ Support project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
✅ B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
✅ 3–4 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, and other relevant software.
✅ Strong communication, coordination,
and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
✅ Willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in interior fit-out and commercial projects.
- Site supervision and execution experience.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
