- Manage customer orders, dispatch coordination, and key account-related activities.
- Ensure seamless order execution, SAP data accuracy, and timely MIS reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management with solid SAP ERP and MS Excel skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing industries mandatory
