Office Boy /Girl– Job Responsibilities

The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Key responsibilities include:

- Open and prepare the office before business hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and reception area.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Ensure pantry supplies, drinking water, and office consumables are always stocked.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, binding, and filing of documents.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other office materials as required.
- Assist with courier dispatches and receiving incoming deliveries.
- Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
- Purchase office supplies and pantry items when required.
- Arrange meeting rooms and refreshments for meetings.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair requirements.




- Dispose of office waste and maintain proper hygiene standards.
- Assist in shifting office furniture, files, and equipment when needed.
- Ensure office doors, lights, air conditioners, and electrical appliances are switched on/off as required.
- Perform bank, post office, or other official errands if assigned.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Freshers may also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
