Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior business analysts to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions.
- Participate in meetings and interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather relevant information.
- Help develop and maintain project documentation, such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
- Support the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure successful system implementation.
- Conduct research and data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the identification and documentation of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Contribute to the preparation of project status reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices,



and emerging technologies related to business analysis.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL is a plus.
- Qualified certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are desirable but not mandatory.
- 1+ yrs of experience as a business analyst in product development.
