- Monitor and supervise daily production operations to achieve production targets.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain production and quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, ISO, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor process efficiency and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate production or quality deviations and support root cause analysis.
- Train and guide production staff on quality and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
