Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Process team supporting the UK market. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions, and delivering a high standard of customer service across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other designated channels.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a qualified and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Meet defined performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Stay updated on process changes and service-related information.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Undergraduate (as per company requirements).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with customer service tools.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts and monthly rotational schedules.

Work Schedule

- UK Shift with monthly rotational schedules.
- 5.5 working days per week.
- Alternate Saturdays Off and all Sundays Off.
- UK Bank Holiday Calendar will be followed.
- Indian public holidays will not be applicable.
