About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of total experience, including 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI and ROAS.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and A/B testing to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.




- Track conversions and maintain accurate reporting using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement performance-driven strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and independently manage campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2+ years of total experience.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant Performance Marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in D2C, consumer brands, media, or digital-first businesses will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
