JOB RESPONSIBILITIES "Working on baculovirus expression system, bacterial/Eukaryotic expression systems for expression of protein/VLPs. • Capability to independently handle gene cloning and protein expression in different hosts (Eukaryotic/bacterial) preferably insect cells. • Experience in insect cell culture and mammalian cell culture. • Hands-on experience in transfection, plaque assay, virus titration, virus amplification. • Maintenance of Lab equipment and preparation of reagents and solutions for analysis. • Data recording and documentation of the daily work • Ensuring positive laboratory practices."
