Atelier Madhvan is a premium furniture and home décor brand focused on timeless craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive who can build lasting relationships with customers and represent our brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert walk-in inquiries into sales while delivering a premium buying experience.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and repeat clients.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
- Maintain customer records and sales updates using basic digital tools.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Keep the showroom organized and visually presentable at all times.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in furniture, home décor, luxury retail, interiors,



or premium lifestyle sales preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Punjabi is a plus.
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
- Interest in furniture, design, and interior aesthetics.
