Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise daily production activities in the ET Tube Assembly section.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum manpower utilization.
- Monitor line productivity, rejection, and rework, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, ISO 13485, and cleanroom requirements.
- Maintain product quality and coordinate with QA/QC for in-process inspections.
- Handle line balancing, process improvements, and cycle time reduction.
- Ensure proper machine utilization and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns.
- Train operators on process, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Prepare daily production reports, manpower reports, and production MIS.
- Participate in CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/5S/Kaizen).

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related engineering.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
