Job Position: Stores Executive

Location : Papanchathram (near Poonamallee - Queensland)

Experience : 0-1 year

Salary : 18,000 to 25,000/-

Industrial /Manufacturing Experience Only preferred

A. Material Receipt & Inspection

- Assist in receiving raw materials, consumables, and bought-out items.
- Verify materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
- Coordinate with Quality / Production for material inspection and acceptance.

B. Inventory Management

- Maintain proper stock records in ERP / Excel / manual registers.
- Ensure correct identification, tagging, and storage of materials.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform seniors for replenishment.
- Support periodic physical stock verification.

C. Material Issue & Control

- Issue materials to production/fabrication as per authorized requisitions.
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Control scrap, surplus,



and rejected materials.

D. Stores Housekeeping & Safety

- Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas.
- Follow 5S practices in stores.
- Ensure compliance with safety and material handling procedures.

E. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain inward, outward, and stock movement records.
- Prepare daily / weekly stock status reports.
- Support audits and internal inspections.
