Allegiance Global Data Solutions is recruiting Customer Service representative for an International USA based process at its office in Pimple Nilak (PCMC-Pune-Maharashtra).

Position Summary:

- The Customer Service representative will assist in organizing, prioritizing, facilitating, and monitoring the orders through clients system.
- Manage and prioritize caseload of clients.
- Place Order by identifying and assigning a qualified local vendor within established time frames.
- Create/maintain reports to track assignments from order date through final completion
- Maintain communication with Vendors and Client.
- Replying to customer email, confirming the scheduling of appointments, willingness to take direction and be proactive in seeking additional duties and responsibilities
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
- Communicates and explains the progress of products/services to customers through establishing relationships and building strong rapport with our vendors.

Qualifications





- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.
- Experience with customer relations and possess strong phone skills
- Technology savvy is a MUST. Must be proficient in, Outlook, and Word
- Organized with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident and driven individual with great communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to problem solve and show keen attention to detail
- Quick learner — Ability to learn new systems and products/services
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
