Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer (Assistant Manager / Manager level) with solid expertise in SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and SolidWorks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in team handling, project execution, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team for SPM and automation projects.
- Develop 3D models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with production, electrical, and installation teams for seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SPM machine design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
