The CRM Executive is responsible for ensuring every prospective and existing client receives timely, professional, and personalized communication.

This role focuses on lead management, follow-ups, relationship building, client servicing, CRM hygiene, and supporting the sales process.

The objective is to improve conversion rates, client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships.
