Job Overview

This role of ARBM, we are looking internally to increase our regional revenue. Managing current accounts and handling customer service and generating new business from existing accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for Regional Revenue

- Increase Wallet Share of clients at respective city by capitalizing on upselling opportunities

- Find avenues of creating stickiness at client level and manage relation

- Proactively meet and manage relations with client

Candidate Prerequisites:

- Graduates from Tier 1/2 Engineering / Management colleges

- 4-8 years of experience in B2B Client Servicing

- Proven track record on upselling and maximizing revenue

- Rapid learner and ability to adapt quickly to a new environment
