Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and manage Citrix Net Scaler appliances, including virtual servers, policies, and security settings.
- Monitoring Citrix Net Scaler performance, identifying issues, and optimizing settings to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Citrix Net Scaler, including load balancing, security, and application delivery problems.
- Implement and maintain Citrix Net Scaler security hotfixes policies and best practices to ensure compliance and protect applications.
- Automation scripting tools to automate tasks and manage Citrix ADC configurations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to Tune Up Citrix Net Scaler, to improve the performance of existing IT infrastructure.
- Documentation of processes, configurations, and changes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
