About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large advertising budgets, driving measurable business outcomes, and continuously improving campaign performance through data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network.
- Manage lead generation, e-commerce, app install, and conversion campaigns.
- Develop campaign structures, audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.
- Create A/B tests for creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.




- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports.
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, privacy updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Experience with Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Event Manager.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
