Objective (Purpose of the Job)

To drive sales and disbursements for Prime LAP (Loan Against Property 50 Lakh to 2 Cr ) through DSA and connector channels across 3–4 assigned cities, ensuring business growth, compliance, and team productivity..

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management:
- Lead a team of 3–5 Sales Managers;

mentor, guide, and review their performance regularly.

- Ensure team adherence to monthly business and productivity targets.
- Channel Development:
- Manage and expand the DSA & connector network to maximize market coverage and loan disbursals.
- Conduct regular engagement and training sessions for partners.
- Business Delivery:
- Drive sales of secured Near LAP products (₹50 Lakh to 2 cr ticket size).
- Ensure lead conversion, TAT adherence, and file quality.
- Work closely with credit, operations, and legal teams for seamless end-to-end processing.




- Market Penetration:
- Identify current business opportunities and geographies within assigned cities.
- Benchmark competition and share actionable insights for product and process improvement.
- Compliance & Process:
- Ensure all sourcing and documentation is in line with internal policy and regulatory norms.
- Maintain robust MIS and dashboards to track performance, pipeline, and aging.

Business Delivery:

- Drive sales of secured Near Prime LAP products (₹50 Lakh to 2 cr ticket size).
- Ensure lead conversion, TAT adherence, and file quality.
- Work closely with credit, operations, and legal teams for seamless end-to-end processing.
